The lecture covers the main principles of the formation of metal complexes as well as physical methods for the investigation especially of biological important metal complexes.
In detail the following subjects will be treated:
- electronic structures of metal cations
- electronic, magnetic, and optical properties of metal complexes
- theories of the formation of metal complexes
- physical principles of the investigation of metal complexes
