The lecture outlines the theory and empirical foundations in order to understand the nature of Multinational Corporations. You learn how to analyze global market but also how to manage businesses in a Multinational Corporation. The focus is also put on analyzing value chains and global commodity chains relevant to an Multinational Enterprise.
