Contents:

The course builds on the contents of the Module "Quantitative Methods 1" and further introduces basic mathematical knowledge for economists. Besides practising mathematical methods, the focus of the course is the economic use of linear differential- and difference equations, financial mathematics, linear algebra and linear optimisation.
