This course spans from management basics to certificable management systems. Proper use of management systems is regarded as a success factor in competition. They shall ensure that coordination and process organisation in companies is developed and improved according to the requirements of the market, customers, investors, society and the state. In short, management systems are considered to be an important factor of the organisational framework which strengthens the cohesion of the company and increases the company's value.
