2. Biochemistry of the cell
3. Signal transfer within the organism - neurons and hormones
4. Anatomical structure of mammalians and birds
5. Anatomy and Physiology of organ systems
-Heart, circulation, blood and immune system
-Respiration and its regulation
-Digestion: liver, bile, pancreas
-Kidney: extraction, water balance, acid-base balance
-Reproduction: reproductive organs, lactation, oviposition
