This tutorial is to deepen knowledge on molecular biology concerning gene to protein expression, to develop basic knowledge on the analyses of functional sequence motives and structural predictions with proteins, to gain required knowledge on methods and know-how of computer-based handling, manipulation and analyses of sequence data. Overall the knowledge gained will support an successful and independently conduction of a master thesis in the field of plant molecular biology and biotechnology.
