The lecture discusses the core topics of theology, such as the concept of God, religion in modern society, the historical Jesus (message, miracles, resurrection), Trinitarian theology, creation theology, and evil as well as the afterlife. As a "discussion starter" for the thematisation of these questions, entertainment films are used. The religious questions posed there are then theologically reviewed so that, in sum, the theological essentials are covered.
